Well, that's just what Morris of the Cincinnati Reds did against the Florida Marlins. He went to the plate 6 times and 5 times he delivered base hits, much to the chagrin of the Marlins, who suffered a 7-5 defeat.
"Not much that I can say," offered the losing manager, "he just hammered the heck out of us."
H. Morris hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 7th, flied out in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
